OWNER | PROJECT MANAGER
Regan (Reg) is a landscaper and builder by trade having owned landscaping businesses in London and Mt Maunganui before working with the multi-award-winning residential building company The Craftsmen.
Reg loves the process of putting a dream, the client’s idea or vision, into reality and is passionate about combining his landscaping and building skills to create amazing spaces for people to love for many years to come.
When not on the building site you'll likely find Reg in the outdoors enjoying some quiet time in the bush hunting, exploring the local mountain bike trails or enjoying time with his daughter and family.

POOL BUILDER | POOL TECHNICIAN

OWNER | NEW POOL CONSULTANT
Having spent 15+ years in senior marketing roles, Anna took a leap of faith in 2020 to further explore her passion for lifestyle medicine, training to become a Prekure Certified Health Coach and currently training to become a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor. Having experienced the transformative power of natural therapy in her own life, Anna is passionate about helping others discover the unparalleled health benefits of lifestyle medicine through hormetic therapy (cold immersion/ice baths and sauna), breathwork, mindset, nature, nutrition and bodywork.
Anna's role with Plateau Pools encompasses marketing, office admin, client liaison and is currently working with the team to develop custom ice baths. She is passionate about working with client's to realise the potential of their outdoor space for true wellness.
Anna is a mad-keen mountain biker and spends most of her spare time on the local trails or out on the lake skiing in summer.
